Bad service

I have had the worst experience with MFC, I was late on my installments that is my fault as i was dismissed, i have tried to negotiate with them so I can bring my installment up to date by the lawyer J Isaacs and the Debt recovery department did not want any arrangements, the wanted me to pay R 13k, after I could not come up with that amount, i decided to take vehicle in as i was threatened by the recovery agent that they will get sheriff of the court to summons me, then i got a fright when i saw the bill was R 21 852 a week later, I tried to come up with the money and was not afforded the 20 working days as told by J Isaacs. I do not have a problem with losing the car due to my negligence and me not having work, I have a problem with MFC not following National Credit act 34 of 2005. I have paid this car for three years, I still owe R 100k on the vehicle that was R 152k now the value the car at R 40k, I wont ever do any business with MFC in the future.
