Bad service

I am having an account with Nedbank and app**** for Homeland with them. Iyoooo a mess, they don't explain the process step by step as to what will happen until, the lawyer come in and when the lawyers came in, they send you debit order authorization without the authorized amount. When you enquire they refer you back to lawyers. Before they could understand you query, they are very quick to refer you to their app. ( which isn't friendly user and at times not even working).

Nedbank services is pathetic.
