Car finance, firstly I tried to change the debit date which they said no because it is aligned with my salary? It is not, my salary comes through on the 24th at night, payment goes off 24th in the morning

Now payment went off on the 18th which was yesterday? I have mailed all the emails I have for them, they have not responded. It was not arranged with me at all and I have not got paid yet? They are not going to make my name bad and affect mt credit record??????? Pls have someone respond to me ASAP. CHARMAINE Cawood ***
