Bad Service

I'm really ****ed off on how Innovation group is treating me. I took my car(BMW CFG42240) in for mechanical issue and its been a month waiting for them to approve my claim. The repair is about to charge me storage fee since they dont respond to his email. I 'm not sure why its so difficult to come back to us since they have all the documents and pictures they needed. My car is black BMW and is laying in Vredenburg- west coast of cape town for repairs. Im so ****ed off.

Innovation Group has a bad attitude when come help customers and they like to come out with excuses. Its almost a month ignoring us for feedback.
