Bad service.

I settled my account with MFC ON 10 July 2023. I was told by the first agent on 10 July that I have to send the proof of payment so that my registration papers can be sent to me by courier within 7-10 working days. On 17 July I phoned to find out what is happening as I have not had a reply. I was told nothing has been done as I did not put my delivery address in the mail. Nw it will take another 7-10 working says. When I complained about this I was transeferred to speak to a manager. After 5 minutes of holding on I ended the call. Today I phoned to make sure the process was started and still only excuses. No-one even is trying to make this a better experience by deducting the 5 working days that has already gone by
