Bad Service

I just got a call from this very rude consultant Cecilia Mahlabo thats the name she gave. I'm one month behind. I made arrangements last week and this morning I got a call and I repeated what I told them the previous week. This afternoon I'm getting this call again and I ask this lady why is it that I'm getting calls even though I've made arrangements already. She asks if those arrangements were excepted and I told her that's the same words that were used this morning by the consultant and we went through everything again to ensure that these arrangements were excepted and noted. She went on to tell to bring their car back if I can't talk to her. I have never had any dealings with MFC before and would certainly make sure no one I know has.
