Bad Service

Very bad service From the beginning I told them I do not want the policy. December 2018 I phone them to query why they deducted more than my installment due they said it is for the policy issued. I explained to them I cannot afford it and do not want it. Where they told me they will refund me January 2019 Also received proof that the policy was cancelled. This morning they deducted the same amount as they deducted December 2018 I want it sorted out and refunded today. Call me on ********** 956
