Bad service

I am writing this review yet again after writting serval mails to your company trying to reach out and about my account. Yet again you guys are sending ppl to repossess my car without any written mails nor anything from the sheriffs or the courts and again you are putting me under immense pressure and I have tried ample times to get ahold you via mails and calls Iv spoken to Justin and I've sent mails to Louis who does t even reply to my mails. Iv advised and asked that you please Restructure my account as I can't pay this account in bulk every odd month because I have other accounts and you guys know that the last time you restructured my acc i was unemployed and I thank you for that however i only got a job a month later and even if you looked at payments etc I have tried paying in bulk and Iv tried by all means to get the acc in the current but I can't keep up as every time I make bulk payments I fall behind on other debts ...... can you please restructure one last time so I may pay my installments as I was before or can we make an arrangement that I can afford so i can get back to current.

I really want to get this account to a healthy state.
