Bad service

I have been dealing with mzwakhe mthethwa regarding my claim for total loss today he is still giving ke the run arounds.my brother that was involved in the accident is still recovering and lost his license on the scene and mzwakhe says he can't continue with the claim as my brother needs a temp licence.he can't even walk @ the moment he asked for an affidavit and it was done we had to hire transportfor my brother and still he doesn't need it .he said he can't do anything and can't even call the license dept to find out from them

He is very *********** and he doesn't care about the situation that I am in .I need MFC to pay my CAR and for me to get a new car.
