BAD SERVICE
I had a car through nedbank motor finance and i lost my work and they came to collect the car after 5 years they are now claiming the full balance and i never received a call or letter to say that this is still outstanding now they have judgement against me without given me the correct notice and proof when we request they have different stories this is now over 3 years without any payment and is prescribed
