Bad service

<p>I paid up my car end of December 2016, in mid January 2017 I requested a paid up letter and other related documents so I can change the vehicle ownership to me. Almost 2 months later I still haven't received the documents as yet. How long does it take for such documents to be prepared and sent to me? This is bad service.</p>
