BAD SERVICE

<p>I requested mfc to change my debit order from the 20th to the 26th of each month in July. In August they didnt deduct i had to do EFT to them in Sept they deducted on the 20th on the day my account had a R00.00 balance. now they sending me a text to say that the payment is due before the end of today of which according to me my account is in order. I spoke to the guy Tshepo. I sent an email to their complaint department of which am still waiting for their responce. my account no ********** 0001.</p>
