Bad practice!!!

I have had car insurance added to my car repayment without my permission!! By a company called MotorHappy and allowed by MFC.. I havean email stating I gave telephonic permission!!!??? Nonsense.. I sent proof of my own insurance.( never had to do this before)... one cannot get car finance without insurance !! I have unsuccessfully tried to cancel this policy with MFC and cannot get thru to MotorHappy.. R500 deducted with my car repayment and I have been unable to get a refund.. month end it will happen again I have called and emailed and had promises made .. no one has bothered ro help me.. they seem unable to..team leaders saying they will return my call etc It should be known that this finance company is part of Nedbank so they are reponsible !! I will have no choice but to go to the ombudsman !!. the service has been appalling for a client who bever defaults a payment .. I am certain I am not the only client with this issue
