bad internal admin

<p>I have been financed by MFC for years, THE most ********** inside admin i have ever dealt with with a company! How is it possible that my debit order date changes EVERY month, after multiple calls from February, your staff handling this NOT taking notes on the system, but calls are recorded, no i have asked for the 2nd time for call recordings so we can rectify the situation and my debit order!!! MUST I COME IN AND DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU????</p> <p> </p> <p>I HAVE SPOKEN TO THANDI SO SHE NEEDED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING NOTES ON YOUR SYSTEM:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Multiple call were made in February 2017 stating that my debit order date needs to be moved from the 25th of every month to the 1st of every new month as my salary date has changed!</p> <p> </p> <p>An email was sent 31 March AGAIN stating the same problem!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>2. Dates wee never changed, and if they are changed they are not consistent on YOUR system- WHY??</p> <p> </p> <p>3. I want refunds on all the debit orders that are returned!!</p> <p> </p> <p>4. I want this escalated so we can resolve the issue!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>5. I want all the negative comments and debit orders that came back that is reflected on my account to be removed and MFC needs to take responsibility for the lack of internal admin they do not do!!</p> <p>I WANT A RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO TELL ME WHATS GOING ON HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>REF NR: ********** 002</p>
