bad first experience

I have bought my first vehicle with CMH Suzuki Pinetown an second hand Suzuki Alto. Upon delivery of the vehicle I phoned the dealership and said there is abnormal damage on the roof and bumper on the (R) rear is detached on the side. Further more I was promised an full serviced vehicle but now they are trying to reach the previous owner in connection with the service history but I did not deal with previous owner but the dealership and for 3weeks they have just been promising to contact me but never do so. This weekend I have noticed one of the cv joints are not in good working condition and the boot door shocks this only after 1 month have driving the vehicle. Is there someone who can please assist me?
