BAD EXPERIENCE OF PAYMENT REFUND

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I Accidentally paid extra R3000 on my monthy installment and requested a refund.. after several mails and calls they only want to give vack R170p due to the fact that i dont pay on the 1st of every month but on the 28th of every month which is a few days to early now i get penalised because of that.. i will never ever do business with MFC again..
