Bad Experience MFC

Good Day

I have got a vehicle finance with them about 18 months now. This year 2023 was not a good year and I have fallen behind with my car payments, however every month I am trying to pay towards it so its not like there is no payment at all. At the end of my term I am still liable for the full amount for vehicle finance so its not like I am not going to pay up. Yes I get i had an arrangement and could not fullfill that 100%. Times are tough. Its not even 3 months outstanding installment. Be considerate at least. I even tried calling the person dealing with my query, her line just rings for over months (Zinhle) is her name I think. I have email several times to the general email address I have. You guys have handed me to the lawyers who wants to remove the vehicle. Like seriously. I am permanently employed and is making payment. I do not want my vehicle to be collected as the lawyers office is requesting. You guys have the power to assist. This is not good client services.
