Bad experience

Afternoon I had a bad experience with mfc nedbank car finance. Is been 2 half now paying installment never had a problem to pay. This year my company i work there decided to cut overtime and Sundays. So im no longer get enough salary to pay everything. I ask a bank last month to reduce my installment. Was before 25 may i ddnt get help. Mid-month of june i try to call n send emails no positive response to me last call they transfer me to collection department i hold phone almost 20 minutes no answer. I had people talking about mfc if i was white was gonna get grace period for installment. Since i cnt leave with 11000 n car installment 6400 and insurance on top, policies, petrol money, rent, grocery. Any one car help please before i take wrong decisions
