Bad customer service, MFC **** to me about reversing my moneys!!

My insurance has paid my MFC account as i am retrenched. To my suprice MFC also debited my account and that means they are sitting with 2payments for my account. I called them about a week ago and they told me it would be reversed and they would mark it urgent. a week later, still nothing returned and when i call them, they say they have escalated my request and it would be done urgently. this is frustrating for such a big organization to be messing up with customers and not providing good customer servicae. i m actually disgusted !! i need my money returned back into my account and i hope this is the last time am doing business with them!
