Bad Customer Service

Such sh*tty service from a consultant named Given! Called from this number +*** was rude from the beginning of the call. Wanted his last name so I can take it up with management and request the phone recording but kept on being very rude and disrespectful. Didn't want to listen to me and when I asked questions he demanded answers that he couldn't even give me! Such a rude consultant so early in the morning!
