Bad customer service
I contacted MFC on the 10th June to change the debit order details to my husband's account. The call centre agent would only help me once they could verify that my installment on the 1st had been paid which is annoying since that had nothing to do with my query. Besides, I have never missed an installment. Something was wrong with their system and he couldn't see my payment but decided to help and send me the forms. Nice of him I guess.

We completed the forms, got it signed by a commissioner of oaths as requested by MFC and also sent a bank statement. They then come back to me saying I need certified ID copies and the bank stamp on the bank statements. This is all fine, but why can't they tell you all of this to begin with?

MFC has wasted our time, making us go to a commissioner of oaths twice. It has also delayed them in changing my debit order details which they will only do for September but they \trust I find the above in order".
I don't!!!

And MFC really should work on conveying all the information to clients when it is requested. That way you won't waste your time or theirs. This is poor customer service!!!!"""
