Bad customer service

I received the most shocking service from MCF when I was trying to appeal my application from the credit department, The consultant I spoke to was very rude and did not want to listen to me as I had questions concerning my application.she was unprofessional and the manner that she provided feedback was horrible, no empathy at all ,she could have done better!
