Bad Customer Service

It is really day when I have had to write a poor report about MFC. I have had vehicles financed with MFC since 2006. In fact four cars financed, three of which I have settled way prior to the loan term period. In trying to get a competitive rate for finance and going the online platform little did I know this would be such a bad choice and absolute frustration to me. I had to deal with continuously being referred from person to person at the call centre only to be referred to Nicole Syce who I must say is something else. She is inefficient and I ended up having to request her supervisor to escalate the matter to. Karl who also decided to copy me on internal correspondence between himself and Nicole about indicated that there is something not right about my email and communication due to the name of email address being different from the name on the application whilst I am assuming accidentally including me on the email. I was not aware that these two always corresponded when having to use my Gmail account. My previous details as per the profile I would have with MFC would have the corresponding email address. I have the records of these communications. I am appalled and even though I wished to go with MFC I have decided to take my business elsewhere after 15 years of being with MFC due to a taste of this bad customer service. I am writing this review so MFC does not further business in this restricted economy and the competitive industry it is in due to such representatives of the organisation. I do not wish to be contacted by either Nicole or Karl going forward.
