I requested settlement letter from MFC on the 22/03/2023 with an intention to settle and close the account and the settlement letter was valid for 7days and I did settle the account on the 25th March 2023 and on the 28th I received and sms from MFC stating that my account is closed and I requested Natis documents to be sent to their branch for collection and .they informed me to wait 5-7 working days . I also received a follow up email from MFC about my account being closed now today I received a different call from a cell number saying I owe 1 more installment and I won't get my vehicle documents.
