BAD

Requested for NCO documents for both my vehicles as I need to transfer these both into my name. A lady contacted me and said they will send the NCO documents via courier and I thought great what great service from MFC. This morning I received the package from MFC and there was only one NCO in the envelope and I kindly without any bad intentions requested that MFC provide me with another copy to enable me to move both my vehicles into my name.

The response I got was that they now need the following :

Client’s name and surname

· Copy of Natis

· Identity number / Deal ref

· Vehicle make and model

· Delivery address (physical address) as well as a contact person's name and number at the specified delivery address.

· Chassis number

· Engine number

· Vehicle register number (not licence or registration number, can be located on top of RC1 form or licence disk form)

Why was this not the requirement on the first email and telephone call , I want to get this done asap but now the delay due to this

Ive been a loyal customer and supported and recommended mfc as a preferred choice for vehicle finance but this might just change my opinion

Regards

Martin Coetzee
