Awful Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company. Despite raising complaints, there has been no response—just complete silence. This disregard for customer concerns suggests that treating customers fairly is not a priority. Rather than operating with professionalism, their approach feels more like that of a loan shark. I strongly advise others to stay away and choose a company that values and respects its customers.
