Awesome Service from Call Centre

Dear MFC,

I phoned your call centre and had the pleasure of being assisted by Zandile Shabangu.

From the onset she spoke clearly and was quick to understand my request, as well as answer with confidence. The matter discussed was a potentially confrontational call, with regard to changes to policy documents etc, I felt she handled it incredibly well and should be recognized for the promise she shows in customer relations.

Well done to MFC for their customer service recruitment and training, you are definitely doing something right!
