Awaiting your response (for the last year)

Absolutely shoddy service! My mother (a pensioner) has been trying to get an issue sorted with MFC for the release of her other vehicle, since voluntary repossession of her other vehicle back in 2018. The matter has been ongoing since 2019 with further action sought for over a year now, however she keeps getting pushed from pillar to post with the matter having been escalated numerous times but still no response!
