awaiting my papers!
i have phoned and mailed and phoned and mailed and phoned and mailed - again and again and again. it has been over a week now. i requested a closing balance - got it so quick, must pay within 7 days - i paid immediately! now its a STRUGGLE to get a letter and papers out of them! just pleaseee adhere to my simple request so i can register my vehicle on my name and buy my license for the new year WITHOUT penalty!
