Avoid insurance with mfc

Just about the worst when it comes to motor plan insurance,scratch and dent,tyre and rim. Im beyond words on how bad they are so unreliable STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I took up insurance with them for all 3 mentioned above then claimed for tyre and rim,I was never assisted one bit had to pay for services myself. I tried to cancel the insurance but boy do they make it long and difficult for you to get out of it. So i stayed with them recently had a problem with my car and tried to claim for the motor plan and I was told that my insurance has expired from last year June ,meanwhile nobody bothered to let me know that im no longer covered which dont mind but what ****es me off is now that when I claim not only is my cover expired from last year June but I was billed the whole time until now happily collecting money from me while im not covered. The bill is attatched to the installment so u can't even dispute it. Whats worse is when I log in it says my cover is still active. I have been from one call to the next nobody knows why im still billed. Rather take insurance with another company than with them if you don't want a headache.
