Avo Auto

On the 28th of January 2025 I received an email from MFC Stating that i can use the credit on my loan for tyres, i then rep**** requesting further information. I was then contacted by an agent from Avo Auto, he explained it to me and I said he can proceed with the quotation.

He told me he will get a quotation from Supa Quick for the tyres I need, he came back the next day and provided me with a quotation. I approved it and I received the authorization for the fitment.

When I arrived at Supa Quick for the fitment I was offered Tyres of a lower quality. When I rejected them I was offered Bridgestone, but I was told I have to pay more. The same agent called me and told me Continental is out of stock, I then asked how did Supa Quick provide him with a quote for something that is not in stock. He didn't answer.

This morning I notice the agreement was cancelled without any discussion with me.

The agreement will stand and I want Avo to honor the agreement.
