***** at mfc nedbank

I have experienced ***** from mfc nedbank..on the 14 of November 2023 i have received an sms stating i qualify for leave payment of December without interest given the fact that it will add two months on my monthly installment i have agree to that..on the 13 of December i have received an sms stating they will add R23.3 to my installament untill the loan is finished and they're sorry for unconvince...why they add interest in my installment without me been aware of this r23.3 interest...i am so hurt about this kinda treatment
