Assisted sales still taking the Full Repayment after R400 000-00 was paid on the vehicle

Sold my vehicle through assisted sales and got a special settlement letter of R400 000-00 from We Buy Cars that was paid over during November 2025

We’ve requested a reduction of the balance monthly repayment over the same balance of repayment period with the same interest whereafter I’ve received a mail the 10 of December 2025 stating that I will receive a call within 2 days to finalise this.

The full monhly amount of R15 575,82 was deducted AGAIN on 31 December 2025 after numerious payment mails requesting assistance because we cannot afford this higher monthly repayment any longer and that’s why I have requested the reduction of the repayment of the outstanding balance.
