Assisted Sale

MFC, is completely useless I have app**** for assisted sale and have not had any feedback and when I call in i get given the following phone number ********** and get told to speak to Nico, when I call this number it is an automated machine that wants me to give the extension number of the person to leave a message. I mean how does this work that you do not give your customers any feedback within 7 working days. I am probably wasting my time by adding this complaint but maybe it will help someone in the future.
