Ashaan Lewis is very rude and not customer focus also very personal

I was on debt review, i noticed it was not beneficial to me then i cancelled, nedbank mfc was getting paid through debt review for my finance, after cancellation, i was never informed that i must go back to my original installment, i continued paying what the debt review was paying. Last week i received an e-mail from Ashaan Lewis telling me that i owe R8442 and the amount must be paid asap or else they will uplift the asset and take it to storage until i pay then i will get it back. I then requested Ashaan if he can give me untill monday 25 May to pay, he rep**** " We will give you until monday to pay" today 21 May he sends another message saying" confirm before the end of the day today that you will pay on monday or else we will take the car" i asked him to call me, he did but never listened or answered one question i asked, and he is very rude that he hanged up while we were still talking, he even denied my account was ever paid by debt review and says he doesnt want to see if it was ever with dr, threatens to come take the car without even following the right procedure, MFC is a division of Nedbank and not Ashaan he must learn to respect and listen
