Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding one of your agents who contacted me (Ashaan L) The agent was rude, disrespectful, and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner during the call. I found the interaction upsetting and unacceptable.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to improve customer service standards.
