Arrogant agents and illogical debit dates?

I am debited 22 April instead of 25 April for some reason. I luckily have the funds but this makes no sense, I do not get my salary 22nd of the month, in fact most salaried workers get their salary on the 25th of the month.

I call to enquire about this, and am told it is my fault and to change the date I will need to pay more every month?????? Then immediate next question did you have money in your account for payment, otherwise you in breach of contract?????? Hang on a second, how is this my fault, I used 25 in my paperwork, oh no MFC decided that they want to debit 22. I then realize to ask for a refund is an exercise in futility, however If I want I can wait 7 days for them to process one if I am that adamant.

This is my first payment since purchasing my vehicle and I am so disappointed in the absolutely terrible service not to mention rude and arrogant agents on the phone. I will enquire if I can move my financing to Standard Bank where I am treated well. If not I am sure there are other finance companies who want my money.

MFC seems like a **** company to me, I have never been told I will pay extra for moving my debit order, what the hell?
