Arrears Dispute

Kindly publish my review, I am so frustrated as I write this post I have been successfully paying my vehicle Installment through debit order but to my amazement MFC sent me messages saying that I was behind with installment. I called them and I was told my account is now being handled by Ms Thobeka Gunguluzi whom I called after sending her my banking statement as proof that I was up to date with payments, she told me that I need to go to the bank and send from my bank, which my banker did. After that all went quite.

On 1st October I wrote her to check on the update but I got a response saying that I had been told that I was in arrears, late in afternoon some guys came to repossess my car.

I have proofs in bank statements transactions history that I had paid, again my banker tried to contact Ms Gunguluzi several times with failure and eventually sent her an email but she never responded.

I am emotionally harassed, I can't sleep being afraid if the repossessing guys will come nack and take my car, I can't even go to work with fear of the proceedings.

I have all the proof of payment through debit orders which MFC id denying receipt.

Please Peter/someone advise.
