On the 27th Jan i requested mfc to distribute my areas into the remaining balance, I spoke to sumeer and Jackie they said I should submit a letter which I did they didn't respond then I after two weeks they requested me to submit again. And never got any feedback until Jackie called me on the 11/03 requested I must pay the current instalment that was the last time I talked to her, only today 15/03 was told at home that they are coming to collect the car which I didn't receive any call or email from them. As a result I I don't have any feedback from them for my reques their service is not good and frustrating at the same time
