Appreciation

I would like to show appreciation to Sharon Mace, Chris Coetzee ( not sure if the spelling of his surname is correct) and Nicolean Ferreira. Thank you to your guys for your assistance Nicolean is currently sorting out my query and she has been really helpful. She was very patient while making sure that I understand clearly in what is required from me. Thank you so much guys. the company needs more people like you.

Those agents who has been rude to me and to guy who dropped the call on me, I worked in a call center and know that the system records who answered a call when the customer calls. I hope it made him feel good for being so nasty to a customer. Other than them I am very happy with the assistance I got from the people I have mentioned. oh and I forgot Mahlatsi also, I am so sorry I forgot his surname but I am sure you can find him on the system. He also tried to explain to me and direct me to the correct people.
