APPALLED BY THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM

I received a call from Mzwandile Masondo from MFC around 16:00 on 20/05/2015. He claims that R598.50 is outstanding on my account and this is for storage costs which were added on 19/05/2015 - this is incorrect since I've had my car with me since the day I collected it from Hyundai Bryanston on 28/02/2015. He seemed very unsure and couldn't answer my question as to why this was added, when it was added and where exactly was my car stored for the amount to only be added this month. He escalated the query to his team leader: Dashnee Pillay as his manager Nadia Sallie is not at work. No reference number or SLA was given. He didn't have the car registration number either(surely you should have this if they're financing my car) This guy was absolutely clueless about what the outstanding amount is for. I asked for this query to be resolved and a written apology to be sent. I received feedback on Friday, 22/05/2015 saying that it was MFC's finger error however to date, I have not received the written apology nor the recording which I requested on the 20/05/2015. Nobody seems to treat this as a matter of urgent which is extremely frustating as the fault was not mine. <br>
