ANNOYING SERVICE

At this time of the day we he call center is not available and those who answers are just clueless and make personal rules

All I am asking is a border letter but this clueless individual is telling that I am not able to get it cos my insurance hasn't provided the list of the countries which is covers, I have done this number of times but this individual tell me its impossible
