Annoyed yet again
Hello
I have made all my payments last month as I was under a strain with paying through covid, I sent all my payments through to ensure I am not charged an extra amount and closed off all my arrear amounts and to my suprise this morning I am charged a 575 for a car which is in arrears ?
Please can someone contact me ASAP as this is does not make sense when I settled all the outstanding amounts and confirmed it via email .
This is honestly really annoying as little as the 575 is , through these long months I have allocated this payment elsewhere.
Please can you ensure you email me and not call me on my mobile.
