Annoyed and confused

I was retrenched in June and MFC gave me 2 months payment relief, but they never stopped harassing me and sending endless payment emails and even calling. I then received an email which said I have arrears of 15k, a few days later another one which said I have arrears of 18k, I send emails querying it and they later said I have arrears of less that 200. Now I am getting 129 notice when I am only 1 day late with my payment. I have logged a formal complaint with ombudsman and waiting for feedback. They have failed to send me a detailed account statement so that I can see what they are billing me and why they say I owe so much. Their service sucks, they are unprofessional
