Annoyed about debit order

I have purchased a new vehicle on the 18th Of March and went through another finance company , they settled MFC the settlement figure and today on the 1ST April you guys debited my account, this is *****ing someone's money.<br> <br> I gave the call centre a call and informed them and they said it will take 7-10 working days how is this possible? surely you guys should have a system that if a car gets settled you should remove it off the debit order list???Please explain how you guys can operate by saying 7-10 working days.<br> <br> I would like my money to be refunded to me no later than Monday please<br> <br> I have never missed a payment and have always been a loyal customer so please have the decency to respect me when I call and ask for a refund <br> Thanks
