Angry for years

I have an insurance since I bought a car and MFC Validation team tells me that my insurance proof is invalid , how come when I provided them with proof of my insurance is active . And now they will add on R700 on top of my car instalment due to I don’t have a car insurance . How so cz I provided them with financial statements, policy schedule . My insurer doesn’t issue letters but policy schedule so what am i suppose to do ?? Do a letter on my own ….. this is soo wrong and annoying cz I have the an active insurance deducting now adding R700 on what I have … this is soooo wrong
