And I'm still waiting on my statements...
So I've complained via email and I've complained on the website and I've complained on HelloPeter. Five days ago I received a response to say that the matter of my not receiving statements would be looked into. I'm still waiting for a statement. DO NOT come to me with another empty promise. Just action the request and send me my statements. Enough now!
