I have been trying to create an online profile since December with the resulting error "An error has occurred, please try again later."

Guys, please, why even bother having the facility if you cant keep it working. I just want to move my debit order date without having to hold for a consultant for 30 minutes and then having them NOT move the debit order date.

Come on, get your act together.
