Moses Hlatswayo from collections dept simply is *********** of doing his job. Because he didn't do a simple date change and was soon excited for a mdo... I had to suffer the brunt of having to run around after being debited 25th March and again 3rd of April. He needs more training on how to apologize for a mistake and stop saying hmmmm like a dumb ****. Mfc service will and always be the worst to deal with. Not even the managers help and some agents are very rude and u helpful.
