Admin fee refund

Good day,

In December i called MFC and requested that they debit my account earlier because of the holidays, this was done on the 21st of December. on the 24th my account was debited again. i then called and requested for a refund which i received today. MFC refunded the installment less the administration fee of about R69.00, When i called i was told that this is their service fee as they provided a service to me on the 24th.

I refuse to pay for this service they have rendered to me, as they were not supposed to do it anyway. I never asked them to debit my account twice.

I would like to get my refund of the above mentioned amount.
